When you order with Gift Factory, Your order is made just for you, we aim to turnaround and deliver all orders within 7-10 working days.

  • Ireland and United Kingdom — Free for orders over €60, otherwise €5.99.
  • International (allow up to 10 additional working days) — €14.99

We have just one flat rate delivery charge for your entire order regardless of the number of products in your order!

Returns

We want you to be delighted with the item they receive. In the event that a you are not satisfied, we can accept a return for personalised products if the item is faulty. Where this is the case we will send out a replacement or offer a refund for this order. We regret that we cannot offer returns on unwanted items that have been personalised.
