When you order with Gift Factory, Your order is made just for you, we aim to turnaround and deliver all orders within 7-10 working days.

Orders are delivered as per the table below:

Ireland and United Kingdom — Free for orders over €60, otherwise €5.99.
International (allow up to 10 additional working days) — €14.99

We have just one flat rate delivery charge for your entire order regardless of the number of products in your order!

Personalised Gifts

Please double check your personalisation as how it appears when entered will be how it appears on the product, including exact spelling, spacing and punctuation. Please do not include emojis as our processes will not allow this and they will not appear on the product.

Returns

We want you to be delighted with the item they receive. In the event that a you are not satisfied, we can accept a return for personalised products if the item is faulty. Where this is the case we will send out a replacement or offer a refund for this order. We regret that we cannot offer returns on unwanted items that have been personalised.
